Directional option selling strategy

Strategy Type:

Directional Weekly Option Selling – Bullish or Bearish bias based on price action or indicators.

Indicators Used:

Supertrend (e.g., 3.5, 7)
EMA 20

Bullish Setup:

Price trading above Supertrend and EMA 20.
Nifty showing higher highs.
Sell ATM or slightly OTM PE.
Example: If Nifty is bullish sell 1 lot of PE ATM and Hedge 1 lot of PE at OTM

Bearish Setup:

Price trading below Supertrend and EMA 20.
Market showing lower lows.
Sell ATM or slightly OTM CE.
Example: If Nifty is bearish sell 1 lot of CE ATM and Hedge 1 lot of CE at OTM

Stop Loss and Exit:

At Trend Reverse or Indicator reversed.
