Bank Nifty Directional Option Selling Strategy

Strategy Type

Directional Option Selling — Positions are taken based on clear bullish or bearish market bias or technical signals.

Position Sizing
Sell 2 lots per signal. (Position size may scale based on capital, volatility, and risk appetite.)

Entry Logic
A bullish or bearish position is entered only after establishing a directional bias.
The Entry Level is defined as the Bank Nifty value at the time of position initiation.

Profit Booking

1. Target: Exit the position when Bank Nifty moves +200 points in favor of the trade.

Risk Management

1. Stop Loss: Exit fully when Bank Nifty moves –100 points against the trade.
