The Sensex Selling strategy is an intraday selling strategy focused on index options. It operates by entering short positions in the options market, primarily aimed at capturing the time decay through option selling. This strategy is designed to minimize risk while engaging in option selling on the Sensex index.

1. Minimum Capital: ₹200,000 per 2 lots for 1x multiplier.
2. Entry Time: After 9:15 AM (Monday to Friday).
3. Last Exit Time: 3:15 PM.
4. Deployment Time: Must deploy before 9:15 AM for optimal operation.
5. Maximum Drawdown/Loss: Micro stop loss (per counter).
6. Target: No specified limit.
7. Number of Trades per Month: 44 to 50 trades (approx.).

Mandatory Rules for Algo System:

1. Deployment Time: Deploy the Algo strategies before 9:15 AM. Avoid activating or reactivating the strategy during late market hours. The best results are typically achieved during early morning sessions to capture market moves with a micro stop loss.
2. Broker Authorization: Ensure that your broker is authorized to trade on a daily basis through the Algo system before the market opens. Always recheck the deployment before 9:15 AM.
3. Trade Quality: Focus on fewer, high-quality trades, and aim for lower brokerage. Using a reliable broker helps minimize slippage in Algo trading.
4. Multiplier Setting: Set your 1x multiplier for 2 lots based on your risk tolerance, and avoid changing it frequently. It is recommended to keep the multiplier fixed for at least 3 months.
5. Broker Selection: Multiple trades may occur in a day, so ensure you use a broker that offers unlimited trades under a low brokerage plan, such as a zero-brokerage plan.
6. Backtesting: Always backtest the strategy using your broker in live offline mode to understand its performance. Avoid using paper trading in platforms like Tradetron, as it may not reflect true results.
