Banknifty Options Buying strategy

This strategy is introduced by Algo trader. This is directional systematic Option Buying strategy on Nifty bank Index.  As option buying is all about momentum, this strategy is designed based on momentum to buy index options.

Mostly ATM, ITM options are traded in this strategy depending on the future price.

Strategy details: 

Capital required to trade 1x using this strategy Min:1L,  If you are deploying more than 1x pls ensure capital accordingly. 

Loss on each leg: -10000 * multiplier or less based on some conditions.

Profit on each leg: 25000* multiplier

Total strategy level Max loss - 20000*multiplier

Total strategy level Max profit - 25000*multiplier

Average number of Trades per Day: 2
Entry after 9.30 & Exit at 15:14 

Entry and exit all trades at market price

The strategy works best in volatile market conditions and has been thoroughly back tested for last several months with different market conditions. We do not suggest manual interference.

Strategy will reactivate only after 12hours once exited.

Deploy paper trade for atleast 15/20 days with 1x and understand the risks before deploying it live.
