1. Monthly Options Buying: Focuses exclusively on Nifty monthly options to avoid the impact of Theta decay, which is more prominent in weekly options.
2. ITM Strike Selection: Selects 100-point In-the-Money (ITM) strikes to balance risk and reward.
3. Analysis Basis: While analysis is performed on Nifty Futures charts, strike selection is based on the Spot Market.

3. Stop Loss and Risk Management

1. A dynamic stop-loss is set immediately after trade entry, which adapts automatically to market volatility.
2. Once a trade direction and momentum are established, a trailing stop-loss is activated to lock in profits and minimize potential losses.

4. Minimum Capital Requirement

1. A minimum capital of ₹25,000 is required to trade 1 lot.
2. Maintaining an additional 5-10% reserve is recommended to handle potential high-volatility scenarios.

5. Market Challenges

1. The strategy is best suited for trending markets, high volatility, high momentum, directional, positional, swing, and trend-following conditions. However, it may face challenges during:
