Strategy description

Overnight Earner is a positional strategy to take maximum benefit from overnight time decay (THETHA).


Position Taken: It daily sell position @ 03:20 PM in three lots of Call & Put from current week expiry. Strike price is selected based on defined parameters.


Capital Requirement: ~ INR 3 Lacs. Margin requirements across brokers may differ. Users are suggested to check margin requirements with their broker for short selling three lots of Call & Put.

Profit targets & Stop Loss: Since overnight portions are carried by Strategy, which got auto squared off once the market get open the next day. So stop loss is not defined in Strategy.
