Strategy Overview

1. This intraday momentum strategy utilizes price action and volume-based indicators for trading Nifty and Sensex options.

Strategy Parameters

1. Traded Instrument: Nifty and Sensex Options.
2. Trading Hours: 9:15 AM – 3:15 PM IST (all positions concluded by 3:17 PM).
3. Timeframe: Entry signals generated based on multiple time frames.
4. Capital Requirement: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per lot (depending on spot premium and margin requirements).

Operational Procedures

1. Exit Threshold: If the instrument movement reaches the defined threshold of INR 400, the strategy concludes the active position.
2. Technical Oversight: If any technical irregularity is observed, pause the strategy immediately.
3. Manual Intervention: Manually conclude any active positions.
4. Support Coordination: Contact the support team for guidance before further operation.

Operational Guidelines

1. Initial Testing: Run the strategy in paper mode for at least one week to understand the execution process.
2. Live Deployment: Transition to live deployment only after becoming familiar with the strategy execution in paper mode.
3. Variance Control: Cease operations if the variance exceeds 4%. Do not increase volume to compensate for previous movements.
4. Volume Scaling: Consider increasing volume only after one full month of operation.
5. General Discipline: Maintain an objective approach by relying on real-time data and maintaining activity logs.
6. Stability Monitoring: Only operate live when the strategy follows the intended logic. If any structural inconsistency is observed, pause immediately. Continue testing in paper mode during any period of adjustment and restart live operation only after stability is confirmed.
