Overview

INSTANT SMART Algo is a fast and aggressive Nifty 50 options-buying strategy designed to capture short-term directional momentum.

The strategy operates using EMA-based trend and momentum conditions to identify CE Buy and PE Buy opportunities. It continuously monitors the market direction and reacts quickly when the required trading conditions are confirmed.

One of the key features of this strategy is the Direction Change mechanism. If the confirmed market direction changes while a position is active, the algo can exit the existing position and switch from CE to PE or PE to CE based on the new direction.

Only one position remains active at a time, helping to avoid overlapping directional exposure.

Dynamic Profit Protection

Once the strategy reaches a Max PNL of ₹1,200, the profit protection mechanism becomes active.

After activation, the algo continuously tracks the highest PNL achieved. If the running PNL falls by 20% from the highest recorded PNL, the strategy exits to protect the accumulated profit.

If the PNL continues increasing without a 20% decline, the strategy allows the profitable move to continue toward the ₹2,400 target.

For example, if the highest PNL reaches ₹1,500, a 20% fall would trigger the applicable exit around ₹1,200.

Strategy Reactivation

The INSTANT SMART Algo can be reactivated multiple times during the same trading day, depending on the user's assessment of market direction.

Every reactivation is treated as a fresh trading cycle, and the original ₹1,200 Stop Loss, ₹2,400 Target, and profit protection parameters apply again.

Therefore, multiple reactivations can also increase the total daily risk. The decision of when and how many times to reactivate the strategy is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

Important Points

The strategy is designed to react quickly to changing market conditions and may be more active during volatile markets. Direction changes, sideways markets, slippage, brokerage, API latency, and execution differences can affect actual results.

Users should maintain sufficient additional capital, ensure stable broker/API connectivity, and avoid unnecessary manual interference with active positions.
