Signal Bridge: send Buy and Sell signals to a Tradetron strategy
Signal Bridge · Your signals, our execution

Send a Buy or Sell signal and let the strategy place the order

Signal Bridge builds a strategy for a basket of symbols that does nothing until you send it a signal. You decide when; it handles the order.

Send signals from the Signal Pad on Tradetron, from a web link per signal, from a downloaded Excel sheet, or from Python, Amibroker or any app that can call a URL.

Up to 40 symbols in a basket Pad, links, Excel or code Live Offline before live orders

A link per signal, and the Excel sheet that holds them

Each symbol gets four signals: Buy, Exit buy, Sell and Exit sell. Each is a web link; the Excel sheet puts them in a row per symbol so a click sends the signal.

How it works

Five steps to a bridge

  1. [ 01 ]

    Choose a market

NSE stocks, options or futures, BSE options or futures, MCX futures, US stocks, or one of the supported crypto exchanges.

  2. [ 02 ]

    Add the symbols

Search and add up to 40. For options, choose the index or stock, call or put, the strike (up to 20 strikes either side of ATM) and the expiry.

  3. [ 03 ]

    A few settings

Name, capital, intraday or positional, the hours to accept signals, how many minutes before the end to stop, and the days.

  4. [ 04 ]

    Review and create

Review resolves the basket without saving anything. Create builds the strategy and links it to a key for your signals.

  5. [ 05 ]

    Deploy, then send a signal

Deploy it (Live Offline first is a good idea), then send a signal from the Pad, a link, the Excel sheet or your code. Deployed, Runtime data shows whether each signal was accepted.

The four signals

Every symbol in the basket answers the same four signals.

Who it is for

Traders who already have a view or a signal source, an advisor's call, a screener, an Amibroker system or a Python script, and want the order placed without building entry and exit conditions in a strategy builder.

Keep the key private

Every link and the Excel sheet carry your strategy's key. Anyone holding it can send signals to that strategy, so share the sheet only with people you trust. Signals are rate-limited per strategy.

Questions

Common questions

What does a signal link look like?
A web address on api.tradetron.tech with your strategy's key, the symbol's variable and the action, for example value1=BUY. The same fields work as a JSON request from code.
Does the Excel sheet need macros?
No. The sheet uses HYPERLINK formulas, so it works in Excel on Windows and Mac, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
Can I change the symbols after building it?
You can edit the basket. The market you chose stays fixed for that bridge.
What happens if I send a signal outside the hours I set?
The strategy only accepts signals in the hours and on the days you chose. Runtime data shows each signal as accepted or rejected, with the reason.
Can I see signals without placing orders?
Yes. Deploy it in Live Offline and the strategy shows what it would have done without sending orders to your broker.

Your signals, placed as orders
