Strategy description

A cash-secured premium-collection strategy that systematically sells deep OTM monthly puts on a curated basket of large-cap marquee Indian companies.

Bluechip Premium Harvester — Monthly is a rules-based options strategy that writes naked puts at deep out-of-the-money strikes on a defined universe of NSE large-cap stocks, holding overnight positions through the monthly expiry cycle. The strategy is fully cash-secured — strikes are chosen at price levels where the underlying would represent fair value to a long-term investor, so any assignment results in stock acquired at a pre-defined buy price.

If any individual position moves into loss, the strategy automatically rolls the affected leg to the next monthly expiry at an adjusted strike, continuing premium collection rather than booking the loss. Profitable positions are held to expiry. There is no downside hedge — losses can be substantial in sharp market drawdowns, gap-down events, or adverse single-stock news.

This strategy suits traders with sufficient capital to take assignment on every position in the basket simultaneously, and a long-term constructive view on Indian large-caps.

This is not a directional prediction strategy and does not guarantee profits. Losses can occur during sharp market declines, single-stock crashes, gap moves, volatility expansion, or assignment events. Margin requirements may expand significantly during high-VIX regimes. Users should understand stock options, monthly expiry risk, naked put risk, full-capital-at-risk exposure, and the possibility of stock assignment before subscribing.

Fee: 5% profit-sharing on realised profits, if any, as per marketplace terms.
