Strategy description
Nifty Wealth Engine Buying Strategy
Overview
- The Nifty Wealth Engine Buying Strategy is a structured options-buying system built to capture short-term momentum in the Nifty index.
- It follows a completely rule-based entry and exit process, removing emotional decision-making and ensuring disciplined execution throughout the trading session.
- The strategy is fully automated and suitable for retail traders who want controlled risk exposure with limited capital, while achieving consistency through multiple trades over time.
Strategy Logic
- The system continuously tracks live Nifty 50 price movement from market open.
- Based on predefined momentum conditions, the algorithm identifies Call Buy or Put Buy opportunities.
- Once a trade is executed, stop loss and target levels are placed automatically.
- Each trade maintains a fixed risk–reward ratio of 1:2.5, supporting profitability over a large number of trades.
- Only one position is allowed at any given time, preventing overlapping exposure and overtrading.
