Strategy description
This is a signal based expiry option selling strategy with close hedge. This strategy runs on both Nifty and Sensex expiries.
Entry:
- The proprietary entry condition will be checked.
- If the condition is satisfied before 9:30, trade will be executed, else the capital will not be used for the day.
- Only 1 trade in a day.
Exit:
- The exit conditions are based on the stop loss which is a function of the initial premium of entry positions.
- The strategy tries to avoid exiting on spikes which minimizes impact cost.
- Exits at the end of the day at 15:10, if no stop-loss is hit during the day.
