Strategy description

CHETAK BNF: Intraday Options Buying Algo

Overview:
CHETAK BNF is an intraday options buying algorithm tailored for the Nifty Bank. It is based on a trend-following strategy, designed to adapt to bullish and bearish setups in the market:

  • Bullish Setup: Buys 1 lot of Nifty Bank ITM monthly call (CE) option.
  • Bearish Setup: Buys 1 lot of Nifty Bank ITM monthly put (PE) option.

The strategy employs small stop-losses (SL) and dynamically trails the SL as the market moves in the trade's favor. Profits are trailed at pre-defined levels and positions are exited quickly when the market reverses.

Monthly Fees: 10% of Profit PnL as reflected on TradeTron.

Disclaimer:
Algorithmic trading involves inherent risks and should be approached cautiously. While CHETAK BNF is fully automated, users are advised to actively monitor their accounts for potential deviations or execution errors.

There may be differences between live auto trades and paper trades due to slippages and execution delays. These factors should be considered when comparing performance.

Risk Disclaimer:
Before deploying any algorithmic trading strategy with real capital, it is strongly recommended to first test it using paper trading. Paper trading provides an opportunity to simulate trades in various market conditions without financial risk, helping to build confidence and refine understanding of the strategy's mechanics.

When transitioning to live trading:

  • Start with smaller capital and gradually increase exposure.
  • Continuously assess the strategy's performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Seek guidance from qualified financial professionals to better understand risks and develop informed plans.

Successful trading requires careful planning, disciplined execution, and ongoing learning.
