Paper Trading vs Live offline

I noticed that I don’t receive notifications for paper trading, what is the difference between paper trading and live offline

Paper trade and live offline are essentially the same, the only prominent difference is that Live offline deployments will give WhatsApp or SMS trade notifications.

Paper trading has been replaced by Live Offline. To test a strategy today, deploy it in Live Offline:

• It runs on live market data and records every trade, but sends nothing to the exchange.
• Fills are tracked at LTP, so results won’t match Live Auto exactly (Live Auto fills against the real order book).
• It is included on the Free plan, one deployment at a time. A Live Offline deployment uses a plan slot just like Live Auto.
• No broker account? Add any broker on Broker & Exchanges with dummy credentials and pick it when deploying.

Notifications: you can set up trade notifications in your notification settings. Note that the Free plan doesn’t include trade notifications; they need a paid plan.
