Marketplace strategy blocked or in Error Execution

Note: Paper Trading is no longer a separate execution type. Testing is done in Live Offline.

Blocked

Common reasons:

• The strategy fired many entries and exits within a few minutes (a loop). Above 400 trades in a day it is blocked. The creator must fix the conditions first, then contact support on chat at tradetron.tech with the SID to unblock.
• The creator’s subscription has ended. The creator must renew.

Error Execution

This often happens when the strategy tries to trade an illiquid instrument. The creator can fix it for all subscribers at once:

1. Open the strategy’s All Deployed page.
2. At the bottom, use Update All Deployed and choose Clear Errors and Retry.
