First find out whether Tradetron receives the signal at all. Then you know whether to fix TradingView or your strategy conditions.
Step 1: Get the strategy into an entered state
Runtime Data is only visible when the strategy is Live Entered. To get there without real money, deploy in Live Offline and take a Force Entry.

Step 2: Check Runtime Data
On the deployed strategy, open Runtime Data, then fire your TradingView alert.
- Your variable and value appear: the integration works. The problem is in your Tradetron conditions. Check the logic and that the values compared match what TradingView sends.
- Your variable does not appear: Tradetron is not receiving the signal. Go to Step 3.
Step 3: Check the TradingView setup
Common mistakes:
- Wrong webhook URL. It must be
https://api.tradetron.tech/api?(the?is part of it). - Wrong or old auth token. Re-linking the API token creates a new one.
- Bad JSON in the alert message. Pairs must start with
key/value, thenkey1/value1, and so on. - No paid TradingView plan (webhooks need one).
- Too many calls. The limit is 3 per second, 30 per minute and 250 per hour; above that you get HTTP 429.

Step 4: Use Hybrid Mode
With an API link, Tradetron skips its own conditions, including Stoploss and Target, unless Hybrid Mode = Yes. To set it: My Strategies → three dots → API OAUTH Token → Hybrid Mode Yes → Link. If already linked, unlink first, then link again (this gives a new token).

After a signal is used, reset that variable (in the runtime of the condition that used it, or by sending 0). A leftover 1 can fire again.
