A blocked strategy stops checking conditions. Open positions stay as they are, but nothing new fires.
The five reasons
- You are on the Free plan and have not logged in for 15 days.
- The strategy took more than 400 trades in a day. This protects you from runaway entry/exit loops.
- Your subscription has expired. This blocks Live Auto too.
- The strategy creator’s subscription has expired.
- You have not renewed the strategy.
What to do
- Check the Notification Logs. The same condition firing again and again means an entry/exit loop. Fix the conditions (often entry and exit are true at the same time, or a Repair Continuous keeps firing).
- Renew your plan or the strategy if it lapsed.
- Live Auto and Live Offline deployments cannot unblock themselves. Once the cause is fixed, contact support on chat at tradetron.tech with your Strategy ID (SID).
