Choosing a plan
First pick your exchange set, then pick a plan tier. Each exchange set has its own plan:
- India: NSE, NFO, BFO
- India: MCX
- India: DELTA, DELTAINDIA
- India: COINDCX
- India: COINSWITCH
- India: ZEBPAY
- US: NASDAQ-EQ
A plan covers only the set you buy it for. If you trade NSE and MCX, you need a plan for each. Plans are not interchangeable.
Plans come in monthly, quarterly and yearly billing; longer cycles cost less per month. See the pricing page for the current discount.

Live Offline uses a slot
A Live Offline deployment uses a deployment slot just like a live one. On Free or Starter (1 slot) you can run one deployment at a time.
Notifications
Active channels are Telegram, Email and Call (calls are for error executions). WhatsApp and SMS alerts are not available.
Upgrading
- Open Subscriptions (top-right menu) and click Upgrade plan/renew.
- Buy the higher plan at full price. Nothing is adjusted until the new plan is active.
- Your old plan’s unused value is then handled like this:
- Paid by UPI, net banking or card less than 6 months ago: refunded automatically, pro-rata, to the same source.
- Paid more than 6 months ago, or by wallet, coupon or a mix: not automatic. Chat with support and they add equivalent days to the new plan.
Days added = remaining value of the current plan ÷ per-day cost of the new plan.
Example: Retail bought for ₹3,400 for 90 days is ₹37.77 a day. Upgrading on day 31 leaves 59 days, worth 59 x ₹37.77 = ₹2,228.43. If the new plan costs ₹410 a day, about 5 days are added.
Per-day cost uses what you actually paid. Discounts and free bonus months do not carry forward.
Refund and cancellation policy
- Plans cannot be cancelled or refunded once bought. A plan stays active until it expires.
- You cannot buy a new plan while one is active, unless it is an upgrade to a higher tier.
- Downgrades are not possible. Let the plan expire, then buy the lower plan.
- Backtest credits bought at a discount, or given free with a plan, expire with that plan.
- Stockbag deployments follow the same rules as algo deployments.

Bought the wrong plan?
Report it to support within 24 hours of the purchase. The amount is moved to your Tradetron wallet and you buy the correct plan from it. After 24 hours the standard no-refund policy applies.
There is no general plan transfer. You cannot move an old plan’s remaining validity to a different plan.

- Does Live Offline use a slot? Yes.
