Sharekhan V3 needs a static IP bought from Tradetron. Unlike most brokers, Sharekhan’s support team must map the IP to your account; you cannot do it yourself.
A static IP is a paid add-on bought per broker on the Broker & Exchanges page: ₹100 for 1 month, ₹250 for 3 months or ₹1000 for 1 year. It is tied to one broker on one Tradetron account and cannot be moved to another broker or account.
Steps
- On Tradetron, open Broker & Exchanges, add Sharekhan V3 with dummy credentials for now and save.
- Buy the static IP from the same page.
- After purchase, the IP shows on the page. Send this IP to Sharekhan support and ask them to map it to your Sharekhan account and activate it.
- Log in to the Sharekhan Trading API page.
- Create a new app for Tradetron with this Redirect URL: https://sharekhanv3.broker.tradetron.tech/login
- Enter the keys on Tradetron’s Broker & Exchanges page and save.
- Click the Auth link to generate the token. Log in on the Sharekhan page that opens.
- You should see Token generated successfully.
