Portfolio-level target, stop loss and trailing stop loss

Deployed strategies 2 views

Portfolio Management lets you group several deployments into one portfolio and exit them all together based on their combined P&L. You set one target, one stop loss and (optionally) one trailing stop loss for the group.

It is available on all plans and works with Live Auto and Live Offline deployments.

How to set it up

  1. Open Portfolio Management from your dashboard.
  2. Click Create Portfolio and give it a name (e.g. “Thursday strangles”).
  3. Pick the days of the week the check should run.
  4. Set the Target P&L and Stop-loss P&L. Add a Trailing Stop-loss if you want one.
  5. Add the deployments to include. You can mix strategies, brokers and asset classes, and add several deployments of the same strategy.
  6. Save.

When the target or stop loss is hit, every deployment in that portfolio is exited.

How P&L is counted

  • Only currently running counters of the selected deployments count. Exited strategies and closed positions are not included.
  • For positional deployments, realised P&L from past days is added to today’s running P&L. Example: ₹X profit until yesterday plus ₹Y running today = X + Y.
  • Target and stop-loss values scale with each deployment’s multiplier.

You can create as many portfolios as you like, each with its own rules.
