The On-Error setting on the Deployed page is a single checkbox. It decides whether the strategy automatically exits when it hits an error.
If it is off and an order fails, the deployment goes to Error Execution. In that state no new orders and no exits are sent until you fix the problem and click Retry. Do not assume your stop-loss fired.
