For questions on how a marketplace strategy works (its logic, entry and exit rules, target, stop-loss, how many trades it takes, directional or not), ask the strategy creator.
The logic is the creator’s intellectual property, so Tradetron support cannot see it.
How to reach the creator
Click the message icon next to the creator’s name on the strategy page.
Want to see results instead?
- If the creator has turned on show live trades, click View Live Trades to see their own deployment.
- An SD badge next to the creator’s name means they run the same strategy themselves. Hover over it to see its live status.
No reply? Check your registered email first. If there is still nothing, contact support on chat at tradetron.tech and we will follow up with the creator.
