Kotak Neo needs a static IP whitelisted on its Trade API. Follow these steps.
- Open Broker & Exchanges in Tradetron, add Kotak Neo with dummy credentials for now, and save.
- Buy a static IP from the Broker & Exchanges page.
- After purchase, the static IP shows on the Broker & Exchanges page:
- Log in to the Kotak Neo trading terminal.
- Go to Trade APIs.
- Click Add IP.
- Add the static IP you bought:
- The IP is now updated:
- Click Regenerate token.
- Back in Tradetron, replace the dummy credentials with your real Kotak Neo details and generate the token.

- A static IP is a paid add-on: ₹100 for 1 month, ₹250 for 3 months, ₹1000 for 1 year.
