If one subscriber uses several of your strategies, template-level invoicing sends them one invoice per strategy. User-level invoicing combines all invoiceable strategies for that user into one invoice.
It helps if you offer several strategies and have users on more than one of them.
How to switch
- Go to Profile → Invoice Template.
- Click More Info.
- Read the implications carefully, then enable user-level invoicing.
Read this before switching
- It cannot be undone. You cannot go back to template-level invoicing.
- Pending Offline Variable Fee invoices raised before the switch are cancelled.
- High-water mark is recalculated. Each user’s new high-water mark is the sum of their previous template-level high-water marks.
Your current setting shows as Invoicing Type on the Invoice Template page.
