Many brokers need a fresh token every trading day. Without it, orders are rejected and the strategy goes into Error Execution.
How
On Broker & Exchanges, use the link or Generate Token button on your broker’s card.
Example: Fyers (log in via the link next to the broker name)
Example: Finvasia (Shoonya), click the token button
When
Generate it after 8:30 AM and before 9:00 AM, before the market opens.
Not every broker is the same
- How often you renew depends on the broker; the broker card says so and shows Last Updated. Zerodha is daily; Delta India V2 is monthly.
- Some brokers (e.g. Groww, Dhan) need a token pasted manually. Do not click Generate Token for Groww.
