Remove subscribers
- Open My Strategies.
- From the strategy’s right-side menu, click Manage Subscribers.
- Select the subscribers you want to remove and click Unsubscribe.
Before you do this:
- Each removed subscriber is refunded the full fee of their last subscription.
- On a paid strategy you need enough ledger balance to cover those refunds, or the removal will not complete.
- A subscriber with an open position cannot be removed until that position is closed.
Stop renewals instead
Click Cancel Auto-renew. No subscription will renew once its current term ends. This only stops renewal on Tradetron. Ask subscribers to also turn off auto-pay at their bank, card or UPI app.
