Use the Find Strike keyword in the Strike Fx of the Position Builder. It returns the strike whose premium is closest to the value you set.

Note: the expiry parameter inside Find Strike must be a Select Expiry call, not Current Week Expiry. Check the keyword documentation for the exact format.
