Backtest credits: check usage and buy more

The Backtest page shows how many backtest credits you have and how many you have used.

Check your credits

1. Open the Backtest page.
2. Click the Credits or Used section for a detailed usage report. The page also shows Refunds, Available Credits and Wallet Balance.

Buy more credits

Click Buy BT on the same page.

Do credits expire?

• Credits you buy separately never expire.
• Free, offer or discounted credits (for example, ones bundled with a yearly plan) expire with the plan they came with.

Credits look wrong, or a backtest failed? Contact live chat support with your Backtest ID (the BID button on the Backtest page).
