This is a bullish pyramiding strategy for Nifty weekly options, designed to participate in predefined bullish market conditions through Call option buying. On regular trading days it buys an OTM1 Call, and on Nifty expiry day it buys an ITM1 Call. The strategy follows a systematic framework for identifying entries, managing open positions through trailing conditions and executing exits according to predefined rules.
The strategy always trades the current weekly expiry. Entry, trailing and exit signals are generated using our proprietary trading logic and custom-built indicators hosted on TradingView or our Python-based application.
The strategy has built-in risk-management rules, including predefined stop-loss limits based on option premium value as well as premium percentage. These controls are incorporated within the strategy itself to reduce dependency on external alerts and provide predefined responses to adverse movements. The risk framework has been developed and evaluated using 5-year backtested results.
When a signal is generated Set 1 enters and as the market moves in favourable direction, set 2 and set 3 enter as the pre-defined conditions meet.
