Strategy description
This strategy is designed to buy Bank Nifty ATM options . This is an option buying strategy which buys Bank Nifty options using propreitory trading signals in intraday . According to the market movements, strategy goes directional and exits on hitting Stop Loss or achieving targets. At times , when markets are favourable , this algo explore trades in Nifty options buying also.
The strategy would perform well in following situations:
1) Fall in Vix
2) Breaking Support or Resistance
3) Directional movement
The strategy would struggle in following situations:
1) Big Gap up or Gap Down Opening.
2) Rise in vix
3) Rangebound movement.
4) Sideways market
