Not getting backtesting result

Trying to run some backtests but result doesn’t show up

hi,

currently, the backtest is in the development stage, and report generation is a bit slow so it can take 7 days to give backtest reports. Also, if the strategy has some keyword error it will not process so the best approach, for now, is to paper trade and then deploy for backtesting

The old reply here (7 days for reports) is out of date.

1. Open the Backtest page and check the status: In Queue → % Completed → Generating Report → Completed. In Queue and Generating Report are normal waiting stages.
2. When it is Completed, the report is emailed to you and can be downloaded from the Backtest page.
3. If a run sits in In Queue or Generating Report for more than 12 hours, click the BID button, note the Backtest ID and contact live chat support with it.
